Q. What are “limited scope” legal services?
A. Limited Scope means that we handle either specific issues or specific tasks of your legal case. You become part of the legal team on your case, you can have an attorney involved as much or as little as you need. By doing all the tasks that you are capable of doing, with coaching by your attorney, you maximize your resources to save you money.

Q. How is Tarascio & Del Vecchio different from Pre-Paid legal services?
A. Pre-paid legal services is legal insurance. You pay monthly premiums whether or not you need legal assistance. With Tarascio & Del Vecchio you pay only when you need legal assistance and only for the time you need.

Q. How is this different from a document prep company?
A. At Tarascio & Del Vecchio, REAL ATTORNEYS will see you. We can provide all of the services traditionally performed by attorneys. All of our work will be tailored to your specific needs, as opposed to simply filing out a form.

Q. How are you able to keep your costs so low?
A. Our priority is to provide high-quality legal services at affordable rates. We keep our overhead low, by focusing on your needs instead of fancy office space. Our attorneys accept lower rates because they are committed to serving your needs and at the same time enjoy the flexibility that working with Tarascio & Del Vecchio offers them. Finally, by collecting all payment as we go, you don’t have to pay more to make up for the clients who haven’t paid their bill.

Q. Wouldn’t it be better if I had a lawyer take care of my whole case?
A. Maybe. Limited scope services are not appropriate for every case or for every client. In the event you decide to take your attorney to court, or would like your attorney to handle the matter on a full scope basis, they are available for hire under a traditional attorney arrangement. Each arrangement will be individualized to each client’s particular needs. We like to think of it as maximizing our resources with yours.

Q. What areas of law can you handle?
A. We have a group of attorneys available who all focus on different areas of law including: family law, business, restraining orders, estate planning, contracts, civil litigation, landlord tenant, real estate, bankruptcy, immigration.

Q. What types of services can you provide?
A. Every Attorney you meet with will be a licensed, experienced, Arizona attorney. We can provide every service that a traditional attorney can provide. We can draft documents, help you conduct discovery, provide mediation services, provide coaching, legal research, draft your pre-trial memorandum, help you prepare for trial and more.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our basic rates are from $99-$129 per hour for limited scope services and $125- $175 per hour for full scope services.

Q. Can you accept payment plans?
A. No. The only way that we can continue to provide our low rates is by collecting payments as services are provided. We consider this a win-win situation. You won’t receive a bill at the end of the month that you are unprepared to pay for, and we won’t spend time and money trying to collect unpaid bills.

Q. Will I have access to my attorney via the phone or online?
A. Once you have been in for an initial consultation, you and your attorney will define what each of you are working on. If you wish to ask questions via phone about your portion or what the attorney is working on for you, you will call our receptionist and an appointment time will be scheduled for your attorney to call you back. If you wish your attorney to expand beyond the scope of your initial agreement, you must come in and sign either a full scope advanced fee agreement or another agreement for the provision of legal services.
