Zofia Rawner obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from USF Law School. She graduated with numerous awards and commendations for her academic and public interest work. Committed to offering all families the legal help they need, she moved to Arizona with her husband in 2007 and passed the Bar in both Arizona and California.

Zofia has extensive experience in both litigation and negotiations. She works with both her clients and opposing parties to find a mutually beneficial outcome. In the event a settlement is not possible, Zofia takes her advocacy role as an attorney very seriously. Beginning in 2009, Zofia began working with real estate firms in handling real estate litigation and contract reviews and drafting, short sale and foreclosure counseling. Her litigation background includes landlord tenant disputes, business contracts disputes, all aspects of family law, and guardianship and probate matters.

She currently serves on the State Bar of Arizona’s Committee on Minorities and Women in the Law and the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity committees to help strengthen and diversify the legal workforce. In addition, she is an organizer at the One Voice Community Center and is also the Past Chair of the Maricopa Community College LGBT Scholarship Fund Committee. During her spare time, she has worked with various non-profit organizations on Faith Initiatives and Family Right Issues.
