Michael A. Licano has been an attorney for over 25 years, both as a sole practitioner and as in-house counsel for a local Real Estate Developer. In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an original founding board member for a community based, local bank in Mesa, Arizona (Gateway Bank).
Michael was admitted to the Arizona Sate Bar and also the United States District Court in 1985. As a sole practitioner, Michael practiced Family Law, Real Estate Law, Consumer Law, Bankruptcies, General Civil and Estate Law. As in-house counsel, he worked in areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Entitlements, Zoning, Leases, Contracts, Business formations and HOA issues.
Michael graduated from Arizona State University Law School in 1984, and from Arizona State University Business College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor is Accounting.
Michael’s vast business experience and knowledge, combined with his legal background allows him to approach the client’s issues with both innovation and a meticulous attention to details, thus providing the client with both effective and efficient legal assistance.
