Partner, Tarascio & Del Vecchio

Allyson Del Vecchio is the second half of the partnership Tarascio & Del Vecchio. She is a highly effective attorney with the perfect balance of assertiveness and compassion. Allyson is often complimented for knowing when to play hardball and when to stop playing games. Allyson handles all types of Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support Enforcement or Modification, Relocation and Orders of Protection.

She also is an experienced practitioner with regards to Civil Litigation, including Employment issues, and related business matters.

Allyson became a member of the Connecticut Bar in 2006 and began working for Wallace & O’ Neill LLC, where she handled all the Juvenile matters and assisted senior counsel in civil litigation, probate, family law, criminal law and landlord tenant disputes. Allyson relocated to Arizona in December of 2009 to be closer to her family who predominantly resides in Arizona and southern California. She became a member of the Arizona Bar in October of 2009, and then partnered with Billie Tarascio to open Tarascio & Del Vechhio.

Prior to attending law school, Allyson was employed in the Legal Department of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, and assisted General Counsel in the creation, maintenance and distribution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights. Upon graduating from college, Allyson entered Quinnipiac University School of Law in Mt. Carmel, Connecticut where her primary areas of focus were Intellectual Property, Family Law and Criminal Law.

At home, Allyson enjoys working out, reality television and reading a good book.
