Tarascio & Del Vecchio is pleased to welcome Associate Attorney Adam Roberts!
Prior to joining Tarascio & Del Vecchio, Adam served as a Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. In this role, Adam gained extensive knowledge and experience in criminal law, having prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases in the Juvenile and Adult Divisions of the County Attorney’s Office. As one of the longest-tenured line prosecutors in the Juvenile Court system, Adam acheived a 100% conviction rate—earning an appointment by the Division Chief to handle highly sensitive and complex sex crimes cases. Although Adam began his career as a prosecutor, which allowed him to gain immediate and meaningful trial experience, he has always had an interest and passion for many areas of the law. He is currently practicing criminal, juvenile and family law.
Adam holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating cum laude. His law school concentrations were in Trademark, Copyright, and Cyber law. He was Executive Editor of the Canada-U.S. Law Journal, interned for a Federal District Judge, and worked as a law clerk for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
Adam is a true advocate who knows the law—and perhaps more importantly—knows the system. He will work tirelessly to ensure that your voice is heard.
