Heather Hogan

Heather Hogan was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona following her graduation from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Heather gained experience in contracts, intellectual property and immigration law during law school. She was an intern for the University of Nebraska, assisting with contract review and negotiations and gained a passion for immigration law while working as a senior certified law student representing clients in her school’s Immigration Clinic. She assisted clients with various aspects of immigration processes, including family-based visa applications, adjustment of status applications, representation in adjustment interviews, removal defense and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) cases.
After law school, Heather moved to Arizona to work for Arizona State University where she gained a variety of experience, focusing on reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements, assisting faculty members and librarians with copyright issues and assisting with policy matters. Heather has continued to pursue her interest in immigration law, following developments in national immigration law, assisting a local sole practitioner with research and writing, and advising clients of Tarascio and Del Vecchio of their options in the wake of changes to state law. Heather joined Tarascio & Del Vecchio full time in January 2011 and is excited to work in the areas of Family Law,Immigration Law and Contracts.
